Android OS (donut) for x86. That's right boys and girls, Android is linux (Which I run as much as possible) and all your android apps run real nice on this port to 32bit pc. It's tiny(for phone freespace) and can be run from cd, flash or hdd, your choice. It's a hoot! I had my brother sync his phone to it and grabbed his drm, then ripped all his movies off his phone it's hilarious, what's more, this gives you an excellent way to learn the behind the scenes of android in a non-retarded fashion. This way you can learn how to manipulate android from the easy pc interface then make those same changes to tweek your phone or install locked out apps or whatever. Probably not for the endusers in the crowd as following instructions and
rtfm is critical in any linux flavor, but I'm finding it a blast.

Been through the thread and thanks for the programmes

Just a word to the wise, just been shocked to find that google autocomplete is finishing off some "interesting" sites that I'd only surfed using the incognito tab....mistakenly thought these were swept clean after use...
Been using CCcleaner for a while and this does not touch it, must be buried deep or more worryingly online somewhere...

They may not import directly into LR3, but you can set up LR3 to 'watch' folders & import.

You used to be able to do this (shot & view directly) with Windoze XP - I used to, but have since upgraded to Win7 & not figured out how to do it yet.

Oh forgot to mention - if your camera takes SD cards (not CF cards) you can use an Eye-Fi wireless SD card - works the same as an ordinary SD card but also transmits (if you're in a WiFi area) the images to a PC or an online site.

 

Some kind phunner a while ago mentioned Iron Browser - Google Chrome minus the Google spy/adware - whomever it was, good call!
I've since discovered Comodo Dragon Browser, built on Chrome source code, and with the option of using Comodo's secure DNS servers. I've been using it for over a month now, and haven't broken or crashed it yet, although I do have a basic install - no extensions or new themes added - so I'll add a few later and see if it holds up.
Comodo also make a fairly good firewall and antivirus software, both free for personal use.

Now it has a clipboard monitor that catches the links that are copied to the windows clipboard.

An interesting new feature that works great here on Phun is the capability to detect if the link is of a single post. For instance, some photos are posted on a new thread in the morning and you download those. But in the afternoon someone posts new photos on a new post in the same thread. So, if you copy the link of that single post, only those photos will be loaded on mig to download.

This is a awesome freeware app that is compatible with all opsys including windows 7 and 8. It has many features to it and you wont even notice it running in the background... ive been using for about 8 months now... and I think its great...

this will lock all ur sensitive material in a password protected folder. The freeware version allows one folder. The paid version is multiple folders, but the trick to it is make one master folder and lock that one....

I have recently bought a web domain, and have hosting with godaddy, but have no idea how to build a website (totally no knowledge of html, but I'm trying to learn) is there any software that I can just drag and drop stuff to get the look of the site, then insert text, pictures when I need to? any help would be awesome...
