    My best guess is she did and whoever shot these have them. They aren't releasing them either cause they weren't paid enough or they are purposely protecting Kate.

    Remember a few years ago TMZ had some shots of her nude on a horse and claimed to have a nip slip, too. They had this video/photos exclusively, so I'm thinking same circumstances were in place.

    It wouldn't surprise me... she's worth a ton, comes from a well-to-do family and is going to marry a multi-millionaire... not only might she not want any more nudes of her out there for public consumption but these kinds of "teases" only help her popularity and fame
