The Celebrity X-Ray Thread

I may have made this request in the wrong section. I'll make it in this section, maybe someone can find the pics online. They are of danica patrick, the indy car driver. She did some nice looking shots 2 or 3 months ago in a sports illustrated issue. Some of her shots are of her in a white 2-piece bikini. I don't know if they would be good pics to x-ray, but if someone could find them maybe they could give them a try. I saw them on a website but I forgot to bookmark it; that was dumb of me. If they turn out maybe someone could post them here. I would post them, but I don't know how to post pics on this site yet. I am not new to the web, I just don't know the process for posting pics on a website yet. If someone would post a reply explaning how to do it, that would be greatly appreciated. I know posting pics is second nature to a lot of you, but everyone starts out as a beginner. If I can find those pics of her (she looks pretty good in a couple of those shots-she could use a little more upstairs, but other than that she's pretty cute) I'll post them, unless someome can do that before I am able to. Maybe going to SI's website would be a good place to start. Thankyou to anyone who can help, I've only been a member of this site for around 10 days. I like this x-ray thread very much. I didn't know that some pics could be x-rayed. As soon as I figure out how to achieve that effect I plan on making some hopefully valued contributions to this section. Once again, thanks for any posting advice and help with those pics.

try using the search box for the whole site, then thank salty for posting them. The artists that do the work on this thread take about 40minutes to produce each finished picture. Asking them to search out the pictures for you is a bit impertinent especially when it is so easy to find them on here by merely entering the word Danica in Phun's own search engine. A tutorial on picture posting is a sticky at the very begining of the General Talk forum, use the Preview button before posting to check that you've done it right. You have to learn some time, we all had to.

 

Thankyou very much for your quick reply. I'll read that tutorial on picture posting. From now on I'll use Phun's own SE to check for pictures also. I don't know why I didn't think of doing that before asking for help in finding those pics. Thanks again for the info. I usually surf the web between 1am-4:30am est when I have the time; and sometimes during the day.

 

Have a go at the posting pictures thing, it's only tough the first time!

 

monss, take it easy - there's no way I could keep up with all your requests even if I had all day to work on the pics, besides, most of the images you're requesting are not good large candidates, several are edited versions of the original pics made into wall papers, or just lower quality. Each time the image is saved or tweaked, critical details necessary for good X-ray results are lost. I suggest you search for the original HQ images they are taken from and request those instead.

I'd also ask that you impose a 4-picture request per week on yourself just so you don't flood the thread with a bunch of pics that probably will never get done. If you really want that many pics attempted, I'd suggest you learn how to do them yourself.

If you look back in the beginning of this thread it was about the artists having a thread to posting their work (that they chose), not just people making requests. I'd really not want the celeb thread to suffer from what ultimately killed the amateur thread.
