    On closer inspection it looks like there is some wrinkling or shiny spots on the upper left (or 10-11 oclock) area outside the areola. That to me looks indicative of some sort of glue being used to hold on a pasty (or fake nipple). That theory is strengthened for me by the darker colored areas at the edges of the areola which seems like an attempt at blending the edges of said prosthetic to make them less noticeable. I dont think its her nipple, but admittedly I have no way of being 100% on that. Just my observation.

    For fuck sake. It's a prosthetic breast/nipple, under the nursing bra, for the show. The assistant is painting on white latex to look like milk. That isn't hard to determine, it also isn't hard to see that's why it's allowed on Instagram.
