    The name of the show is "9-1-1". She's a 911 telephone operator and the show features ridiculous catastrophic emergencies happening every episode.

    like "9-1-1, what's your emergency", "an over charged phone battery ruptured on an airplane which crashed into a volcano making the volcano erupt causing an explosion which released all the zoo animals and they are stampeding toward the daycare where the president's daughter is playing, please send help"

    I saw a commercial a few weeks ago for an episode where a luxury cruiseliner had experienced a Titanic-style catastrophe at sea, and was trying to figure out how calling 911 was going to help any of the passengers.

    Might want to radio the Navy or Coast Guard.
