Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    what i know is that their servers are a bit weak when there are many users using them. And with their long history in the game it happens rather frequently. So its an "overusage" issue on their side. I think both services are user friendly which i like but due to their propensity to be down on ocassion i go for other options personally.

    Anyone else having trouble with Phun Image Twist? I tried to upload an 18 mb gif and it said "initializing upload" and nothing happened for minutes on end. I had to do it on ImageBam.

    The problem is ImageBam (and TurboImageHost, too) outputs a moving gif thumb so I had to change the gif link to a still pic to get a still thumb, but it gifs when you click on it. PIT just gives a still thumb, when it's working.
