    The video came out long before the current AI that allows deep fakes to be readily available. Used to be loads harder to edit a video compared to a still picture.

    All things being equal, the most logical theory is that the bath vid is really her and possibly even leaked by her,(though that is just my suspicion which I can't back up).

    It's really tough nowadays with the AI deep fake technology. The low-resolution GIF of Jennifer Lawrence from "No Hard Feelings" does look like it could be her superimposed on another body. There are glimpses of her face having a different look than her body. But who the hell knows?
