    The company that owns Pornhub (MindGeek) also owns 50% of the porn sites on the net, including PlayboyPlus and Twisty's and so on. They're not going to take down her vids. She'd do well not to piss them off.

    Actually MindGeek is pretty good with takedown requests. They've caught so much hell for their shit in addition to losing a few lawsuits. They're not too difficult. It's some of the smaller sites that are douches hehe. But like I said, she never got the links etc to me so I'm not stressing it. Maybe she sees the marketing value :)

    I can only speak from our viewpoint. At first they were horrible! Don't get me wrong, I think they're a terrible company. They've fucked over a lot of people and ruined some great sites. They took over the affiliate program for Playboy Plus (they don't own it) and did a shit job on it. Fortunately that contract is up and it's been transitioning back to PB. But as far as the content theft, they had some pretty nasty legal battles that did not end up in their favor. You can read about them on XBiz.
