    I swear that the media just made a huge deal over Katy cutting off all her hair, writing sh*t like"Is she making a statement after her break up? Was is more of a Miley Cyrus choice or was it closer to Britney Spears cry for help, ala chasing people around with an umbrella, having a break down?"

    It is a little weird that she bleached her hair and shaves most of it off, only to get some long bleached extension braids? Maybe she is having a break down.
