    Off the top of my head:

    Michelle Pfeffer. I'm pretty sure that scene in "into the Night (1985)" is a body double and even if were really her, you still don't see much. Sexy scene, though.

    Renne Zellweger.

    I think actresses who never get naked are either super religious or have serious body issues. Even actresses with hardcore feminist beliefs have gotten naked at least once.

    Or they just don't want to. Many extremely attractive celebrities who are not religious don't do nude scenes. Most of the time nude scenes are pointless and gratuitous.

    There might be an alternative universe where "I know what you did last summer" had plenty of nude scenes.
    Too bad we don't live in it.

    Anyway, if we don't consider leaks, then add Jessica Alba to the list (yes, I think "The killer inside me" was actually a booty double)

    Sandy Bullock never did a real nude scene, she’s done some close calls and implied nudity, but she’s never really shown anything.

    Probably the biggest-name actress I can think of.

    Zooey has one nude scene from far away and blurry. Not great, but it is something. Always bummed she didn’t play Joplin, she was supposedly going to recreate that topless pic. My biggest one is Mila Kunis.
