    The body double was used for the poster, and a few scenes in the beginning where she puts on some lingerie. But it is her, with face onscreen, during the love scene with Richard Gere, and her nipples pop up briefly, one then the other.

    Nudes scenes don't make or save someone's career and I doubt those in the film industry were throwing money at her. She was never that much in demand as an actress. Many women that you never heard of did nude scenes in cheap b movies during the 80s and 90s and it did nothing for their careers. Did it help Phoebe Cates Betsy Russell Mischa Barton or Anna Farris Amanda Peet Tara Reid and countless others.
