    Exactly, this pap might have been laying in the grass sniper style. These aren't conventionally blurry, the correct photographic term would be diffused. It also isn't camera shake. There was a lot of stuff between her and his camera, but he did a damn good job, he was far enough away and masked enough that she probably never even saw him. Maybe he was wearing a ghilly suit. You can certainly discuss the morality but the technical skill can't be denied.
