Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I remember back in 2014 when some celebs tried to say they were fake. Proved themselves false when they started throwing around DMCA claims, because it meant they were claiming copyright as the person who took the photos.

    At least in the US the copyright is automatic and goes to the photo taker unles a contract states otherwise
