  3. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Or try with ImageBam, just make sure to change JPEG for GIF in the options.

    My sig is working, it must be a temporary problem.

    After you upload, you copy and paste the result codes shown for BB Code. Everything needed to post is built into that code.

    Now they do often have spotty service where the picture doesn't load, if that's what you mean, but I haven't had an issue in a few days. Nothing we can do about it, but yes, very frustrating when it happens.

    Had problems with BID latest update 5.95 and https://phun.imagetwist.com/.

    Try adding this line to your "include list" (advanced config):

    Clear the BID cache after doing this (BID menu->Clear cache and temp files) otherwise BID may download the wrong images.

    Well I had some long winded explanation about how they take them but do not post live unless a certain criteria between the thumb and actual gif sizes are met, but it seems both of these gifs I am testing with opposite scenarios are working live for me.

    This must be a new feature with their recent change. :dunno:

    And Xray is right about imgbox, if you're looking to post a live gif with imgbox use the result code for "full size" link.

    Hope that helps! Just watch content sections that ask to not post live gifs if that is what you are going for. You'll have to use one of our other approved hosts and do something like:
