Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I'd like to participate in this. I understand the size requirements, but is there any specific way to save these so that they can be wallpapers?

    I apologize if this is something that has been addressed. If it has could you please kindly point me in the direction of where the specifics have been discussed?

    the new OS works with any image saved to that extension

    Edit: I have also edit the thread title and size requirements. So that iPad backgrounds can also be made and posted here.

    FYI: iPad background size is 1024 x 1024

    And it is taking every last shred of willpower in my being to not buy an iPad yet. I have this thing about not buying first gen Apple products...but it's just so tech-sexy!

    Wait on the iPhone 4, but the iPad is worth every penny. I was very skeptical when it first came out, but I love mine and use it all the time, sometimes more then my MacBook.
