  3. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Pretty easy to make, and they look nice

    1. make a shape about 500x500
    2. fill with your choice of color
    3. add a new gradient layer on an angle set on overlay
    4. add a single center light set on soft light
    5. add your text
    6. add an oval shape layer
    7. fill the oval with a white-> transparent gradient
    8. adjust layer modes till you're happy

    That's a simple one, you can do a frames or put effects on your toxt or almost anything.

    @Magge, that's just the size they start out as. You can scale them to whatever size you want. If there's a different style/color you want just let me know. Next one I'm going to export to Inkscape so it will be a vector image with no loss/distortion at different sizes. They're quite fun to do, take about 10 minutes. :)
