    The show has two timelines, the past with her ex-boyfriend Brad and the present with her husband Cooper with which she has two kids and she is breastfeeding her youngest. Only for the scenes in the present timeline she used prosthetics for her tits so that they would resemble those of a breastfeeding mother.
