    The first one is pretty awesome, maybe the text could be better.
    The second one kicks ass. Everything works out well and the text is beyond awesome. Great usage of different font and well placed. Also im a big fan of such borders.

    First one is a Street Fighter guy or something? He looks badass.

    Hmm, tough decision. Both have Native Americans and mountains but the "Native" font in #1 is great. Great effects on it too; border could have been different I guess (which is also a dead giveaway on who did it :p).

    So yeah #1.
