My spin: Shannan continues to live a charmed life in this tournament, as she registers another narrow victory. Survive and advance. Think about this: Shannan nearly lost in the first round of the Qualifying Draw, when she slipped past Caprice Bourret 52%-48%, yet here she is in the Sexy Sixteen amongst the titans of SI Swimsuit. Amazing! Genevieve's fans will be disappointed after she was able to knock off #2 seed Cheryl Tiegs but then could not do the same against a qualifier. We'll see if Shannan's amazing run can continue in Round 4, where she'll face an uphill battle against either Rachel or Brooklyn.

My spin: Whoa! This one really surprised me. I thought Heidi was on her way to the semifinals, at the very least. But, Stephanie pulled off the upset and knocked out one of my favorite girls. Well done, Stephanie. The match against Bar in the Sexy Sixteen should be very interesting.

Seems like the votes go to favorite model or favorite personality more than anything SI related. It's unfortunate, but seeing Seymour beat Klum makes it obvious. Stephanie is only a bit player as an SI model, clearly more known for her Victoria's Secret work but she'd still getting the credit for it here.

My spin: Elle advanced easily, as expected, but the other two were much closer. The closest one was Anne V's victory over Cintia Dicker. This was another one that could have gone either way. Anne will have a tough challenge trying to knock off Elle, though. In the other matchup, Yamila finally knocked out Kim Cloutier, who made an extremely impressive run all the way from the Qualifying Draw.
