    I say we wait for the rest of the pics...that site says they're real and to me they appear to be, or it's a really really bad fake job so much so that they don't look fake at all. lol Or would that mean it's a good fake job? Depends on how you interpret it I guess. They just don't have that stuck on appearance though how some look, they're definitely hanging some like natural ones would. You do know she used to be a bit heavier right? Back in her American Idol days and a little after so maybe losing some weight is causing them to appear larger or fake...not sure but I guess we should just wait for other pics that will hopefully solve the question.

    They are real. The scar straight down from areola and the areola being moved is a sign of a boob reduction/lift. If you recall, she lost a lot of weight since her appearance on American Idol. She probably had a tummy tuck and labiaplasty to also remove excess skin and tighten from the weight loss.

    Just to weigh in on this briefly, the bolt-ons that you're talking about that look obviously fake are the older style of breast surgery, or what you get when you don't pay as much money/see a bad surgeon.

    The really good ones these days look real, other than being a bit bigger/rounder, and you can usually tell by having before and after photos or by seeing a surgery scar underneath each breast. Those are when the surgeon puts the implant behind the breast tissue, rather than in front of it, making it look and feel more natural and real (since it's real fat from the natural breast you're touching, rather than silicone).

    Anyway, moving on....
