    My dad quit cold turkey after a bad cold around 2000. Its tough but its doable. He did have tobacco though.

    The two times I quit before it was cold turkey and it was doable. Went back cause of dumb reasons and not really cause I was craving it or anything. Like chewing tobacco?

    we call it snuff here. YOu either use the substance and put it under the lip or a small bag under the lip for a few minutes at the time. I find it disgusting both to loook at and taste. But he only hurts himself doing it. So its a step up from cigarettes.
